The i.Center® Plus Information Center provides next generation technology and support to offer an improved user experience while maintaining world class temperature monitoring and control to safeguard the integrity of stored items. Status data is readily available in one location making it easy to know the status of your device with a single glance. Intuitive messages and prompts make it easy to set parameters, track performance, and download storage data.

Preventative maintenance tasks such as alarm testing and calibration have been simplified, a wider variety of reports/logs with streamlined content are available with improved processes for generating and downloading, and all reports are now available on-demand.

System Status Console

The status of the unit can be monitored with one quick glance at the home screen. A large temperature display makes it easy to view the primary cabinet temperature probe. A secondary temperature display is included on units that include a secondary monitor probe. An alarm banner with an alarm description appears in red across the top of the screen when an alarm activates for improved visibility at a distance. This alarm banner will be visible across all screens of the i.Center® Plus. Additional events and alarms help improve diagnostics and uptime.

Also included on the main screen:

  • Minimum and maximum temperature display and reset
  • Unacknowledged alarms
  • Screensaver which displays a graph of cabinet temperature and excursions over the past 24 hours
  • Application Tray for access to additional functions

Min/Max Display and Reset

The Min/Max temperature display shows the highest and lowest temperature occurrence right on the home screen. This functionality allows users to document the min/max temperatures and then use the reset icon to start a new recording period. The Min/Max function is especially helpful for vaccine storage applications. Note: it can be turned on or off as desired.

Temperature Graph

The interactive temperature graph provides a visual representation of the temperature performance history of the unit. Current temperature setpoints are displayed as reference points along with high and low alarm limits. Event icons appear above the graph at the time of the event indicating alarm conditions or other events. Touching these icons will display an Event Log view for the specific time window. The temperature graph can be displayed in 1-day or 7-day mode. A zoom control provides display information for a narrower time window.

Events and Alarms

During an alarm condition, a large red alarm banner is displayed at the top of the monitor screen. Both audible (alarm tone) and visual (text description of the alarm) notifications are included.

The Event Log lists all past and in-process events for the device. The log includes an event category icon, full description of the event, start date/time of the event, and an acknowledgement indicator. Touching the event Info button opens an Event Log Detail with additional information. Touching the Acknowledge button opens a series of screens that allows you to capture the Event cause, Action taken, Signature of the acknowledger, and a time/date stamp. This information will be useful for audits and regulatory compliance.
