The HPF105 is an Undercounter Horizon Series™ Plasma Freezer. It operates at -30ºC and has a capacity of 44 plasma boxes. It offers a superior cabinet construction, heavy-duty, forced-air refrigeration system, and magnetic door closure. Programmable defrost times allow the user to program defrost cycles to run automatically during low use periods. The HPF105 comes standard with 2 solid stainless steel drawers.
